Refund policy

At tifossi, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Each product is made to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind regarding the design.

However, if your order arrives damaged, with manufacturing defects, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

We cover at no additional cost:

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Errors in the quantity or type of items received

  • Obvious defects in print quality or garment construction

We do not cover:

  • Minor color variations, as print-on-demand output may vary slightly depending on material and printing process

  • Errors in the shipping address provided by the customer

  • Orders refused at delivery or not collected from pickup points

Orders lost in transit
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe and the tracking indicates it is lost, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement at no cost.

How to report an issue

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received (for damaged/incorrect items)

  • A brief description of the issue
